Each class is RSVP only and very limited 20-25 people per class. Each class is $75 per person and will be 4 small bite courses with wine being paired with each by a wine vendor representative.

Everyone attending class will receive 15% off all purchases the day of class only.

    2nd. Seared New Bedford U8 Diver Scallops and Jumbo Asparagus, Featuring Making Buerre Blanc and How Easty to Make Different Flavors.

    3rd. Provencal Gulf Fish and How Versital It Can Be With Other Seafood.

    4th. Short Rib Brisket Chuck Sliders With Topping/Sauces With Corn On The Cob In Husk And How Easy To Do Different Ways.
